ResponderEliminarI like mountain biking,and sometimes basketball.Those are different,one is practiced in a court and the other in the open field as a forest or places like that, first for both, physical condition is required, to practice mountain bike you must have a good bike and be very risky to get into places where cycling is difficult in the basket technique and strength are needed to practices it in the correct way.I think the sport practicing starts since we are small, when the started with the balls and others, that will be in the future and more today brings many benefits not only for health also for the mind and life in general, the sport must be practiced in a continuos form to achieve the benefits and have improving the physical condition, improve our health to avoid being fat or being sedentary and also to enjoy with friends.

Each team tries to make a goal to the other team. The team with the most goals wins. On the other hand, tennis is practice in tennis court. Tennis is a sport usually played between two players or between two teams of two players each. The team with the most points wins. The sports are important because by healthy. The sports help your bones and muscles grow. The exercise prevents diseases of the heart and circulatory problems. And the exercise gives you a great physical and physiological condition. The team that scores the most goals by the end of the match wins.Football game has been established with the team sport and it is played by two teams of 11 players. It is one of the most popular game in the world. In this game, the points are scored in a variety of ways, by throwing the ball to another player, including carrying the ball over the goal line or kicking the ball through the goal posts on the opposing side.The basic equipment for the players are required to wear a footwear, shorts, socks, shirt and adequate shin guards.I like playing basketball too,this is known as one of the best world-class sport, playing almost at every country whether at International or National level and having lots and lots of fans all over the world. Basketball as the name says it’s a combination of two words basket and ball, where we have to throw the ball under several rules and regulations to the opponent’s basket.The team who throws more balls in the opponent’s basket wins the match. In other words, we can also say that Basketball is a game of two teams playing with five players each side and their goal is to score points against the opponent, the team with more points wins the match.

Playing sports often involves physical activities like running, jumping and stretching and moreover a constructive expenditure of energy. Playing sports since an early age strengthens the bones and muscles and tones one’s body. Thus sports provide the body with a complete exercise.
Playing sports improves the Math skills in children. It develops leadership qualities and fosters a team spirit in them. Sports involve competition; they involve winning and losing. This exposes the players to both the aspects of life, successes and failures. Sports build a competitive spirit in children and teach them to be participative irrespective of whether the participation concludes in a victory or a defeat. Playing sports teaches a person to accept both successes and failures in a positive spirit. The most important benefit of playing sports is the sportsman spirit. Playing sports results in the development of a sportive nature, which is helpful throughout one’s life.
Playing sports is very beneficial for the development of social skills in a person. Sports teach a person to interact with people, act as a team. Of these sports the favorites are soccer and ping pong.
• Soccer is practiced with the following rules: soccer is played with two teams of 11 soccer players. Is played in a rectangular field with a ball with a time of 90 minutes and in this time win the team with more goals. If the soccer game finish with a draw the game will go to second part (overtime) and if the draw continuous the soccer game finish with penalties.
• Ping Pong is practiced with the following rules: the game is played with two people. You can play until the seven, eleven and twenty one points. In the middle of the field there is a net of ping pong. is very similar to tennis and you can play alone or in pairs with two pallets and one ball.
In conclusion the importance of playing sports or exercise are: is good for the body, health and entertainment in the life. You can have a body more young for the exercise and is a different form of have fun. You can be replaced the fat with muscles and have a body in perfects conditions.

ResponderEliminarActually I like all sports in general but the sports that really likes me are baseball, soccer, tennis and football, but I practice only two, which are baseball and football, baseball is a team sport with 9 players each team, the playing field is a diamond with 4 bases, play 9 innings and has no definite period ends when doing out number 27, can not finish a draw if that happens, the conclusion of the 9 innings, go into extra innings. The strategy, intelligence and concentration are necessary to achieve victory. Football also is a team sport but with 11 players each team,are played 2 times of 45 minutes each one and the team that make the most goals, wins.
