ResponderEliminarThe news in my country is sensationalist. You can hear news on the radio and on TV and they will always exaggerate or they will describe things so you will be surprised. Also, newspapers are full with photos of people that have died, cars that have crashed, dangers of natural disasters and wars in Iran or Irak . Reporters are looking for news which impacts others. All of this makes the news more interesting. Sensationalists´ news helps sell the newspapers. Everyone wants to know about strange things or bad things that are happening. Newspapers are full of this, because if they just tell the story it will not sell. I think that people want to know the truth of what is happening in Costa Rica and not sensationalist´s news. Some people do not like to buy some newspaper because they know they invent or exaggerate the news.
Yes, in my country the news of the newspapers and news channels are very sensational because when there is any serious accident reporters are going hand in hand with the images and questions that they do to those affected, for example when there a fire or traffic accident some pictures that show, especially newspapers, are a little bit shocking, just see the accident as an example Dennis Marshall football player and the image showed by the Extra newspaper.No the newspape and the news does not have to be sensational because they affect the dignity of the offended and the image of the newspaper and people definitely do not like the media which are too sensationalist for the reasons already mentioned.

In television news is not so much the problem because are focused on a different sector of the public. The most sensationalist news in newspapers than exist in our country especially in La Extra newspaper because they believe and have seen that with this kind of news their earnings are higher. Why they think than is the only way to sell more newspapers and watch the news because some people like this kind of news. I think people do not like this kind of news because most of the time the images are grotesque and its content is not positive and sometimes it is disturbing.

ResponderEliminarSometimes, in a story focusing on the tragic and exaggerate a bit. The newspapers are the media which are used for sensationalism, for example because the extra newspaper where news are showing violence or always show all the tragedy of any news.
Sometimes there are several reasons why the news is tabloid, either to make people feel hurt or surprised at the news, or just be the best news and / or newspaper to show the news.
It always depends on the person viewing the news to some people do not like because they think they are very exaggerated want to know good news in all its aspects and not just tragic. However there are others who simply like candles.

ResponderEliminarAll television media in my country, have a high degree of sensationalism and even newspapers such as extra, this is a newspaper with a high degree of sensationalism and that the news of a death trying to take photographs of the bloody victims regardless of their family and friends.
I think the newspapers and all media should have a little or a lot more respect for those affected and that the great pain of losing a family member, loved one or friend is very hard and it is not nice to see in journalists killed or maimed.
in the news a few days ago came out for the death of Ghadafi in which the media like Channel 7 showed no respect what so giving a great idea of sensationalism which is not good for younger generations to see that.

REASONS OF THE NEWS: Yes because when I see the news I can see that what happen in the entire day they explain with details and very specific.
b. REASONS OF THE NEWSPAPER: In the newspaper sometimes are exceptions like la teja or the extra because la teja presents semi-naked women and the extra presents a lot of kills without the victims been cover. But the nación presents very specific things and interesting things that people wants to know about what happen in the day after.
EXAMPLES: An example of why both of them are sensationalist is that they connect with the life daily the news and the newspaper presents sports, economy, and resources, acts that affect people, technology, our country, the exterior, events, and culture
The news have to be sensationalists because the people wants to know things that happen in our country and in other countries, it connects us to the real world people doesn’t want to know things that are violent, pornographic, and news that are not intersecting
It depends in what people thinks because, there are people that just that se at the news because they want to see kills or things like that. But not all of the people think like that some people want to see the news because they are interested in our country and they wanted to see what happen in the day to connect with the life.
In my country the news is sensational type, an example of this kind of news may be that the newspaper gives the "extra" because it always presents everything as is, without censorship. These situations are outlined in the national newspapers are of interest to some people, but there are others (especially relatives of the victim) that call and ask for the sanction to the newspaper as it presents situations that are personal.

There are people in the country that like this news because they think it is interesting to see a bloody photo or exciting situation.
In my country there are not many media that are bloody or other material submitted, the few means that if you have are the newspapers and television news that is not allowed to show those images as many youth and children watch these programs and respect for them do not.
Sensational news for me is nothing as bad to us as a people we realize the real situations that happen every day and people who do not want to see these news do not have to buy it just may change from newspaper and news channel .

ResponderEliminarIn my country the news are in different media such as newspapers, radio and channel television. News help a lot in life I would say to inform the world, but often exaggerate the news and produce much damage in his country that produced many contradictions among the people. In my country last exaggeration was the death of a national football in newspapers published some shocking images of the corpse of the footballer. My opinion is that it must be careful what they publish to not make problems.
